In accordance with articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, we inform you that Digitizing México Tech, S.A. de C.V., located at Jesús del Monte 42, interior 405, Hacienda de las Palmas, Huixquilucan, Estado de México, México, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to them, and their protection. Your personal information will be used for the following purposes:

EMPLOYEES.
To recruit, select, and hire personnel. To fulfill the contracts made with each of its employees. To open bank accounts for payroll payments for the purpose of depositing salaries. To integrate your employee file. To transfer data to Third Party auditors for compliance with Social Security matters (IMSS and INFONAVIT). To communicate with the departments of Digitizing México Tech, S.A. de C.V.

CLIENTS.
To integrate your client file. To provide services that might be or have been contracted. To notify you about new services or products that are related to those already contracted or acquired, i.e., for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes. To communicate changes in services. To prepare studies and programs necessary to determine consumption habits of our services. To send invoices and generally, to fulfill the obligations we have contracted with you. Database update. Quality of Service Evaluation.

SUPPLIERS.
To carry out the process and verification of independence conflict. To integrate your file as a supplier. To fulfill the obligations we have contracted with you. To contact for obtaining information about your promotions, services, and/or products.

For the purposes mentioned above, we require obtaining the following personal data in a descriptive but not limited manner:

Federal Taxpayers Registry (RFC),
Home, Office,
and Mobile Phone Numbers,
Email,
Facebook,
Twitter, and/or LinkedIn ID, Address.
We will not use the data collected on our website to carry out unsolicited marketing activities.

LIMITATION OF USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA AND/OR REVOCATION OF CONSENT FOR THEIR PROCESSING.
At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using them; likewise, you can limit the scope, in whole or in part, of the use and/or disclosure of personal data. For this, it is necessary that you submit your request through the means mentioned at the end of this Privacy Notice.

TRANSFERS AND SENDING OF PERSONAL DATA.
When necessary, Digitizing México Tech, S.A. de C.V. may transmit the information: when a resolution of a competent authority is issued, in a judicial procedure, when requested by a governmental authority or in any of the cases required by article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
Digitizing México Tech, S.A. de C.V. will obtain your express consent for the processing of your personal, financial, and/or equity and/or sensitive data, through the signing of an employment application, in accordance with articles 8 and 9 of the LFPDPPP, we require your express consent for the processing of your sensitive personal data, therefore we ask you to indicate whether you accept or not the processing. Likewise, you declare that you have the consent of those persons, including without limitation: spouse, concubine, economic dependents, etc., whose personal data you provide, understanding that such data will be governed by this Privacy Notice. If you do not express your opposition to your personal data being transferred, it will be understood that you have given your consent to it.

In case this Privacy Notice undergoes any change, it will be published on our Internet portal or via email.

CONTROL AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.
Digitizing México Tech, S.A. de C.V. commits to take the necessary measures to protect the information collected, using security technologies and control procedures in access, use or disclosure of your personal information without authorization, for example, storing the personal information provided on servers located in Data Centers with limited access controls.
